Senior AI Engineer — Voice & Agentic Systems

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead development of voice and agentic systems that help patients navigate their healthcare. You'll work on backend and full-stack challenges using Python, TypeScript, and AWS to create reliable, intelligent systems. The team is small and growing—this is an opportunity to shape core infrastructure and drive technical decisions at a formative stage.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience with Python and/or TypeScript
  • Demonstrable experience building production AI or voice systems
  • Strong proficiency with AWS, PostgreSQL, and scalable system design
  • Ability to own end-to-end features and collaborate across a 9-person team
  • Experience shipping healthcare or regulated-industry products preferred
