Founding Engineer

Join a founding team of 4 building software for specialized communities that lack adequate solutions today. You'll work across a modern tech stack including Python, JavaScript, Kotlin, and Go, taking ownership of core engineering decisions at the ground level. This is an on-site role in San Francisco where you'll have direct impact on product direction and technical architecture from day one.

What we're looking for

  • 1-5 years of software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in at least one of: Python, JavaScript, Kotlin, or Go
  • Comfortable working in early-stage environments with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
  • Experience building or contributing to AI-informed products a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in San Francisco
