Join a founding team of 4 as a Product Engineer at an early-stage AI healthcare company. You'll build software that helps dental groups automate charting, patient coaching, and follow-up workflows using AI agents. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape the product roadmap, own key features end-to-end, and work directly with dentists to solve real operational challenges.

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years of software engineering experience, ideally in product or startup environments
  • Strong full-stack capabilities with React, TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL
  • Ability to move fast and wear multiple hats in a small founding team
  • Interest in healthcare, AI, or B2B product problems
  • Located in or willing to work on-site in San Francisco
