You'll join a 10-person backend team working on the core systems that power agent coordination and execution. The role involves designing and maintaining high-performance infrastructure using Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, and RPC protocols to handle complex distributed workloads.

What we're looking for

  • 5–10 years of backend software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Go and distributed systems design
  • Production experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RPC frameworks
  • Experience building or maintaining high-throughput, low-latency systems
  • Ability to work on-site in San Francisco
