Founding Engineer

You'll be a founding engineer at a healthcare startup building software to improve care coordination for children and better support the therapists who treat them. The team is small (7 people) and well-funded, giving you both equity upside and resources to move quickly. You'll work across the full stack using TypeScript and React, with exposure to AI-powered features via Langchain. This is an on-site role in San Francisco where you'll shape the technical direction from day one.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development
  • Experience building and integrating AI/LLM features (Langchain or similar)
  • Comfort working in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
  • Ability to own technical decisions and ship features independently as part of a small founding team
