We're looking for a Product Engineer to join an 11-person team building AI-powered tools for healthcare professionals. You'll work on a B2B platform that helps clinicians with documentation, combining frontend development with backend systems that need to handle sensitive healthcare data. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco where you'll contribute across the full stack as we scale.

What we're looking for

  • 4–7 years of software engineering experience with proven product development impact
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development
  • Experience designing and working with PostgreSQL databases at scale
  • Familiarity with healthcare, compliance, or regulated industry software (HIPAA, data security)
  • Ability to collaborate closely with product and design to ship features end-to-end
