Join a 7-person founding team building AI solutions for the construction industry. You'll work across the full stack—from backend architecture to customer-facing implementations—helping shape both product and company direction. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with modern AI frameworks and deploy solutions that address real problems in the built environment. Based in New York with on-site collaboration.

What we're looking for

  • 2–7 years of software engineering experience with full-stack or forward-deployed focus
  • Proficiency with LLM frameworks and APIs (LangChain, OpenAI, or similar)
  • Ability to wear multiple hats: founding engineer, solutions architect, and technical support partner
  • Experience shipping products in early-stage environments with small, fast-moving teams
  • Strong communication skills for working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders
