Senior Software Engineer, ML Platform

We're building machine learning infrastructure for a platform that helps small businesses access financial services. You'll work on our ML platform team to develop and deploy models at scale, working across our data pipeline, feature engineering, and model serving systems. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco on a team of 130 engineers.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related data engineering roles
  • Proficiency in Python and distributed computing frameworks (PySpark, Spark)
  • Experience with data orchestration and ML workflow tools (Airflow, MLflow)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and data warehouses (Snowflake)
  • Strong background with event streaming platforms (Kafka) and CI/CD practices
