You'll work as a Forward Deployed Engineer at an AI-focused fintech company in San Francisco, serving as a bridge between our engineering team and clients in the financial services sector. In this role, you'll deploy solutions, troubleshoot implementations, and gather customer feedback to inform product development. You'll work across a modern stack including TypeScript, React, Python, and cloud platforms, supporting a lean team of 35 as we expand our AI capabilities in banking.

What we're looking for

  • 0–5 years of software engineering experience with proficiency in TypeScript or Python
  • Experience building or deploying web applications using React and/or Next.js
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and relational databases like PostgreSQL
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers to understand and solve their needs
  • Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco and take on both technical and support responsibilities
