You'll work with a 40-person team in an on-site environment, contributing to a well-funded operation solving real problems in the insurance industry.

What we're looking for

  • 2–7 years of professional machine learning or software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python for model development and production systems
  • Experience building, training, or deploying machine learning models in a business context
  • Understanding of ML pipelines, model evaluation, and performance monitoring
  • Ability to work on-site in the UK and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
