We're seeking an Applied ML Scientist to develop and implement machine learning models that optimize energy efficiency in data center environments. You'll work on real-world optimization challenges, translating research into production systems that have measurable impact. Our team of 30 is based in the UK and works in a hybrid model, combining cutting-edge AI research with practical energy efficiency solutions.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied research
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and NumPy
  • Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments
  • Familiarity with optimization problems or energy systems (preferred)
  • Ability to translate research concepts into practical implementations
