Forward Deployed Engineer

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with our customers in the property management space, helping them implement and optimize our AI-powered solutions. You'll split your time between on-site customer deployments and building features that solve real operational challenges. This is a full-stack role where you'll write Python code, support customer success, and feed product insights back to our engineering team. You'll work with a tight 10-person team in New York, collaborating closely with both customers and internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 3–6 years of software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers on-site
  • Full-stack development capability (frontend, backend, or both)
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to balance feature development with customer support
