Staff Platform Engineer

We're looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to own infrastructure and reliability for an AI-powered private aviation platform serving enterprise customers. You'll design and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple providers, lead platform initiatives, and mentor a growing team of 11. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco where you'll build systems that power mission-critical logistics operations.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation
  • NodeJS and TypeScript experience preferred
  • Ability to design scalable systems and mentor engineering teams
