Forward Deployed Engineer

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers implementing our AI data agent platform. You'll bridge the gap between our product and customer infrastructure, solving real-world deployment challenges across Snowflake, AWS, and Azure environments. This role combines technical depth with customer collaboration—you'll help customers integrate our platform while feeding insights back to our product team. Based in New York on a hybrid schedule, you'll work with a 25-person team solving problems in enterprise AI and data.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years software development experience with production systems
  • Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar data warehousing platforms
  • Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Docker, Airflow, or orchestration tools in data workflows
  • Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot issues across customer and internal technical teams
