You'll build and maintain the infrastructure powering an AI platform that helps web and app teams automatically improve their digital experiences. The platform uses real-world performance data to drive continuous enhancement, and you'll own the systems that make this work at scale. You'll work on-site in San Francisco with a 15-person team, collaborating across ML and infrastructure to support customers in marketing and product optimization.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, infrastructure, or platform engineering
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized systems at scale
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms
  • Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Amplitude and observability tools
