Join a 6-person founding team building realistic simulation environments designed to train advanced AI agents. You'll own critical platform infrastructure as a founding engineer, working across machine learning systems, cloud architecture, and deployment pipelines. This is an on-site role in San Francisco where you'll directly shape the technical foundation of the company during its earliest stages.

What we're looking for

  • 2-6 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or infrastructure/DevOps
  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript with hands-on experience containerizing and deploying applications
  • Strong AWS cloud infrastructure experience with ability to design scalable systems
  • Familiarity with LLM integrations and API workflows
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving early-stage environment with ambiguity and technical ownership
