Senior AI Engineer

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our 12-person team building AI-powered documentation tools for home health providers. You'll work on machine learning systems that process clinical data and generate structured documentation, using modern LLMs and vector databases. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco where you'll own end-to-end ML projects from research through production deployment on AWS and GCP.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years experience in machine learning engineering or AI systems development
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and LLM frameworks like Langchain
  • Experience building and deploying applications with vector databases and large language models
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS and/or GCP for model training and inference at scale
  • Background working on healthcare, clinical, or regulated domain problems is a plus
