You'll be a Senior/Staff Product Engineer at a well-funded AI company focused on intelligent agents for the financial services industry. You'll own the full product development cycle—from design through deployment—working across TypeScript, Python, and React to ship features that serve real financial workflows. This is a hybrid role in San Francisco with a growing 30-person team that values engineers who can navigate both technical depth and product impact.

What we're looking for

  • 3–8 years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated impact shipping production systems
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and Node.js; experience with React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL preferred
  • Strong product sense: ability to influence requirements, scope features pragmatically, and validate assumptions with data
  • Experience building or integrating AI/ML features into user-facing applications
  • Proven ability to move quickly in early-stage environments and collaborate across product, design, and infrastructure teams
