Forward Deployed Engineer

You'll work as a Forward Deployed Engineer embedding directly with enterprise customers, solving their adoption and integration challenges with conversational AI technology. This role bridges engineering and customer success—you'll write code, debug implementations, and guide customers through complex deployments. You'll work with Python, JavaScript, and REST APIs to customize solutions and unblock enterprise use cases. Based in San Francisco with on-site expectations.

What we're looking for

  • 2–10 years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Git version control
  • Experience designing and integrating REST APIs into production systems
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable traveling to customer sites and working in customer environments
