Forward Deployed Engineer

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with our healthcare clients and drive adoption of our AI communication platform. You'll bridge the gap between our product and customer success, troubleshooting implementations, gathering feedback, and unblocking deployments on-site. This is a hands-on role combining engineering, solutions architecture, and customer support—ideal if you thrive in dynamic environments and want direct impact on how healthcare teams communicate. You'll work within a lean 12-person team in New York.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of software engineering or forward-deployed engineering experience
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or relational database design
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot full-stack issues in production
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with enterprise clients on-site
