This role combines forward-deployed engineering with solutions architecture for enterprise customers building on AI infrastructure. You'll work directly with customers to architect, deploy, and optimize their implementations across cloud environments, while also contributing to the platform's core capabilities. The team is distributed across major tech hubs and operates fully remote, supporting a growing customer base that relies on the platform for production AI workloads.

What we're looking for

  • 5-10 years of experience in software engineering, ML systems, or cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Python and containerization/orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers in a technical capacity, diagnosing and solving complex deployment challenges
  • Strong problem-solving skills across infrastructure, configuration, and application-level concerns
