You'll work on-site in San Francisco with a team of 110, collaborating across product and customer success to ensure our generative AI solutions deliver real value in healthcare workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 1–5 years of software engineering experience with Python and/or TypeScript
  • Experience deploying or supporting AI/ML systems in production environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex integrations and customize solutions for customer needs
  • Strong communication skills to work across product, engineering, and customer teams
  • Understanding of healthcare domain context or call center operations a plus
