Forward Deployed Engineer

You'll work as a Forward Deployed Engineer at an AI software company focused on helping enterprises monitor and manage agent behavior at scale. You'll split your time between supporting customers in production environments and solving complex technical problems alongside your engineering team. This is a hybrid role combining customer-facing solutions engineering with hands-on development work, based in San Francisco.

What we're looking for

  • 1–6 years of software engineering experience with Python and/or TypeScript
  • Comfort working directly with enterprise customers to troubleshoot, implement, and optimize solutions
  • Experience with AI/ML systems or agent architectures preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer deployments
