Software Engineer, Full Stack

You'll spend mornings pairing on Next.js frontend architecture and afternoons debugging Python services that matchmake the right founder with the right engineer. The code you ship directly determines whether a first-time founder in fintech finds their lead backend hire before their runway ends. San Francisco-based, in the office, building tools people actually need.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years shipping production code, with at least two years touching both Next.js and Python in production environments
  • Fluency in modern React patterns—server components, streaming, and the edge runtime—plus comfort with async Python frameworks like FastAPI or Django
  • Experience building marketplace or matching algorithms, preferably in talent, recruiting, or two-sided platform contexts
  • Track record of owning features end-to-end: writing the migration, deploying the service, and monitoring the dashboard
  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to work on-site in San Francisco four days weekly
