This role is a Forward Deployed Engineer position at a Series B+ AI-native ecommerce company focused on helping enterprises optimize their shopping experiences. You'll work directly with customers to implement and support solutions, bridging the gap between product and client success. You'll be based in San Francisco on a hybrid schedule within a 70-person team.

What we're looking for

  • 2-5 years of software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React for frontend work
  • Backend experience with Node.js or Go
  • Ability to work closely with enterprise customers and diagnose technical issues
  • Experience in ecommerce, B2B SaaS, or customer-facing engineering roles preferred
