AI Agent Engineer

You'll build AI agents that power an interactive content platform serving millions of creators and users. The team is working on systems that intelligently process and generate content experiences at scale. You'll work across the full ML stack—from agent design and orchestration to real-time data pipelines—on a small, focused team of 30 building infrastructure for a new content category.

What we're looking for

  • 1–8 years of experience building machine learning systems or ML-adjacent backend services
  • Strong Python and TypeScript skills; familiarity with Langchain or similar agent frameworks required
  • Experience working with distributed data systems (Kafka, Spark, or comparable tools)
  • Ability to design and iterate on AI agent behavior and decision logic in production environments
  • Comfortable shipping systems with incomplete specifications and evolving product requirements
