Customer Engineer

You'll join a small team building tools that help developers identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in their applications. This Customer Engineer role blends technical depth with customer collaboration, requiring you to understand how clients integrate our platform into their development workflows and support their security objectives. You'll work across the full stack, from backend systems to customer-facing implementations, using Python and TypeScript in a CI/CD environment. Based in San Francisco with remote flexibility, you'll directly shape how customers adopt and succeed with the platform.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in security engineering, full-stack development, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript with strong understanding of CI/CD workflows and Git
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex system integrations in customer environments
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a small team and taking ownership of customer success outcomes
