This enterprise AI company has built a comprehensive platform for speech tasks with highly customizable synthesis capabilities. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with customers to implement and optimize the platform on their infrastructure, troubleshoot integrations, and drive technical adoption. You'll collaborate with a 37-person team across cloud environments and help shape how enterprises integrate advanced speech technology into their workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 2–6 years of experience deploying and supporting cloud-based solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Hands-on experience building or integrating REST APIs and SDKs in production environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical communication skills for working with enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, APIs, or infrastructure (prior speech/NLP experience a plus)
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with engineering and customer success teams
