We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our team in Texas on-site. You'll work closely with insurance clients to deploy and customize AI solutions that integrate into their existing systems. This role blends engineering excellence with direct customer collaboration—you'll write production code, troubleshoot implementations, and gather feedback that shapes our product roadmap.

What we're looking for

  • 1–5 years of software engineering experience with TypeScript or Python
  • Hands-on experience building or integrating REST APIs and CI/CD pipelines
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand technical requirements and deploy solutions
  • Problem-solving mindset for debugging production systems and iterating on implementations
  • Familiarity with financial services or insurance domains is a plus
