Your work will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and practical operational benefits. You'll craft and implement custom roadmaps for high-value accounts, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing value extraction.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record (3-8 years) in Account Management / Customer Success, Operations, or Strategy in a tech setting
  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools like OpenAI to drive business outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results, particularly in start-up settings
  • Experience in B2B enterprise environments, with a focus on customer lifecycle management
  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for on-site work
  • Must be based in the United States.
