In your inaugural year, you'll architect and execute the deployment strategy for our pioneering AI-driven platform, directly impacting B2B enterprise customers. Your work will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and practical operational benefits. You'll craft and implement custom roadmaps for high-value accounts, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing value extraction.
What we're looking for
- Proven track record (3-8 years) in Account Management / Customer Success, Operations, or Strategy in a tech setting
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools like OpenAI to drive business outcomes
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results, particularly in start-up settings
- Experience in B2B enterprise environments, with a focus on customer lifecycle management
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for on-site work
- Must be based in the United States.
