You'll work as a Forward Deployed Engineer for an enterprise healthcare software company building AI solutions for home-based care. You'll split your time between supporting customers in the field and collaborating with our 20-person team to solve real implementation challenges. This hybrid role in New York lets you work directly with healthcare organizations while contributing to product improvements based on customer needs.

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of software engineering experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Kotlin
  • Comfort working directly with enterprise customers to troubleshoot and deploy solutions
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable engineering improvements
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in healthcare, enterprise software, or AI applications preferred
