Building AI teammates that fix the revenue cycle inside America's largest health systems
Founding Business Development Representative
We're assembling the first commercial team at a company that gives revenue cycle departments something genuinely new: AI teammates that work claims, denials, and prior auth alongside human staff, not just dashboards that sit on top of broken processes. The product is live in production across major health systems, and we need someone who can turn curiosity into qualified pipeline. This is a founding BDR role — you'll shape outreach playbooks from a blank page, work directly with the Head of Sales, and build the muscle that scales a company already backed by meaningful hospital revenue and top-tier venture capital.
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally selling into healthcare, health-tech, or similarly complex enterprise environments
- Comfortable working on-site in the South Bay / San Francisco area five days a week — this is an in-person, high-context team
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce and a track record of disciplined pipeline management and cold outreach sequencing
- Clear, concise writing and phone presence — you can distill a technical product into why it matters for a revenue cycle leader
- Competitive without being slick — low ego, high ownership, and genuinely curious about how health systems operate financially
- Must be based in the United States.
