Forward Deployed Engineer

Enterprise AI falls apart at the infrastructure layer, stranding powerful models outside production environments. As a forward deployed engineer, you will bridge that gap by embedding directly with clients to architect, diagnose, and optimize agent deployments where Kubernetes is the orchestration backbone. You translate messy security requirements into reliable, scalable integrations, ensuring autonomous systems actually function in the real world.

What we're looking for

  • 4 to 6 years of engineering experience, with significant time in customer-facing solutions or deployment roles.
  • Deep operational fluency with Kubernetes, including cluster management and debugging within strict enterprise security perimeters.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into concrete customer architectures.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
  • Located in the US or Canada, authorized to work without sponsorship.
  • Must be based in the United States.
