We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team building an agent workspace platform designed for intelligent outbound communication at scale. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to implement, customize, and optimize solutions while collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams. This hybrid role based in San Francisco combines hands-on technical support with the ability to shape how customers deploy and get value from the platform.

What we're looking for

  • 3–8 years of software engineering experience with a track record of customer-facing or solutions work
  • Proficiency in NodeJS, Python, and TypeScript for building and debugging integrations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly understand customer workflows and pain points
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or complex SaaS deployments
  • Comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
