We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our team building agentic AI systems that automate complex workflows in power and infrastructure projects. You'll work across the full stack, from designing and training AI agents to deploying them in production environments. This is a hybrid role in New York with a 50-person team focused on making AI automation practical and scalable for real-world infrastructure challenges.

What we're looking for

  • 3-8 years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated work in machine learning or full-stack development
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM frameworks such as Langchain or similar libraries
  • Strong foundation in system design and ability to build end-to-end AI solutions from prototyping to deployment
  • Experience building or deploying agentic systems or autonomous workflows
  • Comfortable working in hybrid environments and collaborating across distributed teams
