We're searching for a Growth Lead who can fuse analytical rigor with creative instinct to architect and scale our demand generation engine, turning a product that people already respect into one they can't stop talking about.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years driving measurable growth at a B2B SaaS, data, or developer-tools company, with direct ownership of a pipeline number
- Fluency across the modern growth stack—you can reason about attribution models, build a lifecycle email sequence, and interpret cohort retention curves without breaking stride
- A portfolio of experiments that didn't just move a metric but meaningfully changed the trajectory of a product or business line
- Deep comfort with the venture capital, private equity, or startup ecosystem; you understand why a Partner at a fund and a Head of Growth at a Series B company need different things from the same dataset
- Strong writer who treats distribution as a creative challenge, not an afterthought—you know when a landing page needs sharper copy versus a new offer entirely
- Must be based in the United States.
