You'll spend mornings buried in TikTok analytics, afternoons A/B testing landing pages, and evenings scribbling briefs for creators who actually move product. This is zero-to-one growth in a category that hasn't seen real innovation in decades. You'll own paid social, organic content strategy, and whatever experimental channel nobody else has figured out yet. Expect to build dashboards in the morning and rewrite a headline twelve times by lunch.
What we're looking for
- 2–6 years in growth marketing at a DTC brand, marketplace, or creator-focused startup
- Proven ability to scale paid Meta/TikTok campaigns with real revenue attach, not just vanity metrics
- Comfortable building in public: you'll test ideas weekly, kill most of them, and scale what survives
- Data-fluent enough to spot a CAC problem before finance does; scrappy enough to fix it yourself
- Genuine enthusiasm for physical products, paper craft, or the intersection of commerce and culture
- Must be based in the United States.
