Staff Platform Engineer

We're building infrastructure and platform systems for an agentic AI company focused on the HR space. You'll work on the core platform that powers our product at scale, with a team of 35 engineers. This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco/South Bay area, where you'll own critical infrastructure, reliability, and deployment systems.

What we're looking for

  • 7–15 years of infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience
  • Strong expertise with Python and AWS (architecture, deployment, optimization)
  • Proven track record designing and maintaining scalable systems for production workloads
  • Experience building or improving CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with rapid iteration
