Join a growing team supporting enterprise clients as they implement and scale our data platform. You'll work directly with customers to solve technical challenges, optimize deployments, and drive adoption of our solutions. This role bridges engineering and customer success, requiring you to troubleshoot issues, architect solutions, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer success.

What we're looking for

  • 5-10 years of experience as a software engineer or solutions engineer
  • Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers or working in post-sales technical roles
