As a Staff Backend Engineer, you'll architect and scale the core systems powering conversational AI at production volume. You'll work with a 60-person team on Python-based infrastructure handling millions of calls, reporting to leadership on technical direction.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of backend software engineering experience
  • Deep expertise in Python and distributed systems
  • Proven track record scaling production infrastructure to high volume
  • Experience designing APIs and data pipelines for AI/ML applications
