Solutions Engineer
We’re rebuilding CI from the ground up — cutting GitHub Actions job times by orders of magnitude so engineering teams ship faster and iterate without friction. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the technical backbone of our sales motion: running deep-dive demos, designing proof-of-concept workloads around real customer pipelines, and helping prospects untangle complex CI/CD architectures. You’ll spend your time between customer conversations and hands-on tinkering — writing sample workflows, stress-testing edge cases, and feeding everything you learn on the front lines back to engineering and product. This is a high-ownership role at a growth-stage company where the product is still young and your fingerprints will be all over how we scale the go-to-market engine.
What we're looking for
- 4–8 years in a customer-facing technical role — Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Customer Engineer, or similar — selling into software engineering teams
- Deep fluency with Git, CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins, or equivalent), and containerized build environments
- Comfortable reading and writing code in at least one scripting language (Python, TypeScript, Bash, or similar) to build demos and troubleshoot customer pipelines
- Strong executive presence and the ability to run a technical evaluation end-to-end — from discovery call to proof-of-concept to production rollout
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York; this is an on-site role with a team that values whiteboard sessions, pairing, and in-person collaboration
- Must be based in the United States.
