Member of Technical Staff (Applied AI)

Join a small, focused team building AI solutions for industrial operations. This role bridges full-stack development and machine learning, working across our backend services, frontend interfaces, and ML infrastructure. You'll own meaningful pieces of our platform while collaborating with a 5-person technical team in our New York office.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript
  • Experience building and deploying machine learning systems or vector-based applications in production
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Full-stack capability: comfortable working across backend services, databases (PostgreSQL), and React frontends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment
