Founding Software Engineer

You'll be one of the first engineers joining a 10-person team building AI-driven hardware solutions. This founding role offers the chance to shape technical architecture from the ground up across infrastructure, deployment, and systems design. You'll work on-site in San Francisco with a team tackling challenges at the intersection of AI, hardware, and institutional markets.

What we're looking for

  • 3-7 years of software engineering experience with demonstrated impact on production systems
  • Proficiency in Python and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to wear multiple hats as a founding engineer
  • Track record of building systems that scale reliably in resource-constrained environments
