Senior Social Media Manager

We're putting a physical, helpful machine inside people's homes—one that folds laundry, loads the dishwasher, and tidies up without being asked. That story doesn't tell itself, and the internet doesn't wait for press releases. We need someone who can turn product milestones, customer moments, and engineering oddities into social-native content that earns attention instead of buying it. You'll own the channel strategy, voice, and creative output across platforms, building a brand that people actively want to hear from—not because we make a gadget, but because we're changing what a home feels like.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years shaping social strategy and content for a consumer brand, ideally in hardware, AI, or a similarly tangible product category
  • Deep fluency with short-form video platforms, community dynamics, and the unspoken rules of internet culture
  • A portfolio that shows original creative thinking—campaigns or content arcs you conceived, not just managed
  • Comfort working alongside engineers and product teams to translate technical reality into compelling, accessible stories
  • Experience measuring what matters: share of voice, sentiment shifts, and audience growth tied to real business outcomes
  • Must be based in the United States.
