Commercial real estate deals routinely stall under the weight of fragmented coordination and shallow legal scrutiny. This role cuts through that gridlock, driving sophisticated transactions from letter of intent to closing with precision. You will structure, negotiate, and execute complex acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, ensuring every lease and purchase agreement holds firm under pressure.

What we're looking for

5 to 10 years of direct experience in commercial real estate transactions
Deep familiarity with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing
Proven ability to negotiate and draft complex transactional documents
Capacity to independently manage deals and communicate with sophisticated clients
Active bar admission in New York
Must be based in the United States.
