We're looking for a Telco Architect to join a small, focused team building workflow intelligence solutions for enterprise clients. You'll work directly with customers to design and deploy scalable systems, bridging the gap between our platform and real-world telecommunications infrastructure. This is a hands-on role combining systems architecture, customer collaboration, and technical problem-solving across distributed systems and monitoring platforms.

What we're looking for

  • 5–10 years of experience in systems architecture, infrastructure engineering, or forward-deployed roles
  • Proficiency with Python and containerized deployments (Kubernetes)
  • Experience with streaming architectures (Kafka) and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Tableau)
  • Strong communication skills for technical customer engagement and solution design
  • Ability to work on-site or remote from the South Bay Area, Texas region
