Senior Software Engineer, Mobile Platform - POS (Remote)

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale our mobile point-of-sale platform. You'll work across iOS, Android, and backend systems that power commerce operations for restaurant businesses. This is a remote role where you'll own infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience across a 350-person organization.

What we're looking for

  • 5–9 years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated expertise in mobile development (Swift/Kotlin) or backend systems
  • Strong proficiency in modern web technologies: React, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Experience designing and maintaining database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven track record improving system reliability, infrastructure efficiency, or developer workflows at scale
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and collaborate across distributed teams
