Forward Deployed Engineer (Toronto)

You'll work as a Forward Deployed Engineer embedded with enterprise customers, bridging product and support to solve complex implementation challenges. This hybrid role in Toronto combines full-stack development with customer-facing problem-solving, using TypeScript, Python, React, and other modern tools across our portfolio of B2B software businesses. You'll help customers integrate and optimize our solutions while feeding technical insights back to product teams. This is ideal if you thrive working directly with customers and want to see immediate impact from your code.

What we're looking for

  • 3-6 years of experience in full-stack development, solutions engineering, or forward deployed roles
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, React, and SQL (Snowflake experience a plus)
  • Experience with Go or willingness to learn it quickly
  • Ability to work effectively with enterprise customers in hybrid settings
  • Strong communication skills and comfort troubleshooting across the full stack
