What we're looking for

  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful hiring in the insurance or fintech industries
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the New York and UK job markets, with experience recruiting in these regions
  • Must be based in the United States.
