You'll build backend systems for a marketplace platform that helps recruiters solve their most challenging hiring needs. The company is well-funded and operates at scale with a team of 110, serving a growing customer base. You'll work on-site in San Francisco with modern infrastructure across PostgreSQL, NodeJS, TypeScript, AWS, and GCP, shipping features that directly impact how recruitment work gets done.

What we're looking for

  • 1–6 years of backend engineering experience with production systems
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS for server-side development
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
  • Ability to work on-site in San Francisco
